 What to expect?
Once the contract is signed, the implementation process begins with the gathering of the utility's business requirements. We strive to understand your business needs in order to setup the system in such a way that it will give you the maximum benefits. In order to do this, each customer project is assigned an implementation team consisting of a Project Manager, Implementation Support Specialist and an Implementation Specialist(s).
Implementation Project Manager - serves as the primary customer service liaison between Harris and the Utility.
Implementation Support Specialist - installs the product, sets up the database and works with the implementation team in preparing customer projects for implementation.
Implementation Specialist - trains the utility employees on the utilization of these products and provides on-site support during implementation.
List of Key Steps of the Implementation Process:
- Completion of ORA (Organizational Requirements Assessment)
- Completion of Gap Analysis
- Confirmation of Hardware Requirements and Program Installation
- Classroom Training
- Database Setup
- Test Conversion and Verification
- Interface Testing (including handheld interface, bank draft protocols and all other interfaces)
- Final Conversion
- Implementation (Go live!)
- Hand-off to Support
Harris is committed to providing customers with a smooth, efficient and timely transition to our products. To that end, our highly trained personnel are on-site during the installation and implementation of inHANCE Utility Solutions.
In this way you can be assured that the efficiency of your organization is optimized and that you are in complete control of your business.
